Beställa eller förnya Köparcertifikat till BankID Förlitande part via Nordea

Behörighet att beställa eller förnya certifikat har enbart de personer eller funktioner som står angivna i kundens BankID Förlitande part-avtal, bilaga 3 Kontaktpersoner. 

Att förnya ett certifikat innebär i praktiken att ett helt nytt beställs genom att skicka in en ny beställningsfil (.p10). 

Omkring 2 månader innan certifikatets giltighetstid löper ut kontaktar Nordea Key Management kund med information att kund behöver beställa ett nytt certifikat genom att följa rutinen nedan.

Inom 2 arbetsdagar färdigställer Nordea inkomna beställningar av produktionscertifikat.

Observera! Beställning av certifikat tillsammans med installation kräver IT-kompetens. 

1. Produktionscertifikat ska utväxlas enligt följande rutin. Ditt företag som Förlitande part initierar beställningen genom att följa instruktion och använda Keygen-programvara, som du hittar i länken nedan. Keygen genererar en CSR-fil (*.P10-fil).

2. Behörig beställare skickar beställningsfilen (*.P10) till Nordea på adressen:  Öppnas i nytt fönster Skriv BankID i Ämnesfältet.

Vägledning för att skapa beställningsfilen

a) Official name of your company – Ska vara företagets legala namn. Återförsäljare anger sitt företagsnamn + kundens namn.

b) Corporate identity number – Skriv in företagets organisationsnummer i enlighet med Bolagsverkets register, ska vara 10 siffror utan bindestreck eller mellanrum. Återförsäljare anger sitt organisationsnummer.

c) Choose own password to protect private key - minst 12 tecken långt och måste bestå av minst 4 bokstäver och minst en siffra.

d) Display name - Ska skrivas så att användaren av BankID enkelt förstår och kan relatera till vilken part som autentisering sker mot. Måste vara relaterad till antingen företagets namn eller till ett välkänt varumärke. Återförsäljare anger kundens legala företagsnamn och/eller ett välkänt varumärke.

3. Skicka enbart beställningsfilen (.p10), skicka aldrig med den privata nyckeln (.key).

Observera! Beställning får enbart skickas och certifikat tas emot av i avtalet behöriga personer.

4. Certifikatet färdigställs av Nordea Key Management.

5. Nordea Key Management skickar det färdiga certifikatet i form av en .txt-fil till beställaren eller den eller de som du utsett som mottagare.

6. Du som kund färdigställer certifikatet, se kapitel 6 i instruktionen och slutför installation.

7. Tjänsten BankID Förlitande part är därefter klar att börja användas.

Only persons/departments that are listed in “Appendix 3 Contact persons for the agreement”, are authorized to order and renew production certificates. Renewing the certificate follows the same routine as ordering a new certificate. 

About 2 months prior to expiration of the existing certificate Nordea Key Management will email a note to the listed emails in “Appendix 3 Contact persons for the agreement” with the information that the certificate is about to expire and by following the guidelines below you will be able to order a new certificate. You will receive the production certificate within 2 business days from ordering it. 

Please note that ordering and installation of certificate require IT competence. 

1. Production certificate should be exchanged by the following routine. The relying party starts the order process by following the instructions together with Key-Gen-program to generate a P10-file (CSR).

2. The file generated from KeyGen (*.P10 or *.CSR) are then sent by authorized person to Nordea on the following email:  Öppnas i nytt fönster Add BankID in the Subject field.

Guidelines to create the certificate request

a) Official name of your company – should be the legal company name. Broker / Distributor type in your company name + the customers company name.

b) Corporate identity number – Enter your company's corporate registration number according to Swedish Bolagsverket or equivalent without hyphens or spaces (10 digits). Broker / Distributor type in your own registration number.

c) Choose own password to protect private key - minimum 12 digits with at least 4 letters and 1 digit.

d) Display name - Should be written so that the end-customer understand to what he/she is authenticate towards sample: ‘Nordea- My pages’  The name should be related either to legal company name or a public, well known and registered brand related to the company. Broker / Distributor type in the customers legal company name or a public and well known brand name related to the company.

3. Only the the order file (*.p10) and never your private key are then sent by authorized person to Nordea.

NOTE! Orders may only be sent and certificates received by persons authorized in the agreement.

4. Nordea Key Management completes the creation of the production certificate.

5. Nordea Key Management sends the completed certificate in the form of a .txt file to the customer or the person(s) as you have designated as the receiver.

6. Relying Party installs the certificate, refer to section 6 in the instruction. 

7. The BankID relying party service is then ready for use.
